My name is Funk Roberts C.P.T., Certified Metabolic Trainer and Certified MMA Conditioning Coach. My partner Flex Marks C.P.T N, A.C.E (American Council on Exercise), and P.P.T.S and I understand the importance of using the heavy bag to improve your conditioning while working on combos, technique, speed, muscular endurance, balance, agility and knockout power.
